iPhone Photography Awards 2014

After looking at these award-winning iPhone photos, we'll guarantee that you'll be inspired to start snapping pictures using your smartphone! Started back in 2007, the iPhone Photography Awards (IPPAWARDS) is the first and longest running photography competition dedicated to the iPhone. Ever since the very first iPhone debuted, the IPPAWARDS has inspired photographers worldwide by showing us what incredible photos can be taken with just a camera phone.
Now in its seventh year, the IPPAWARDS receives thousands of entries from photographers worldwide who submit their images into any of seventeen categories like Animals, Architecture, Children, Sunsets, Travel and Trees. All images must be taken with an iPhone, iPod or iPad and cannot be altered in Photoshop or any other desktop post processing program, however iPhone and iPad apps are allowed to be used. This year, the winning entries came from 54 photographers from 17 countries with the top spot going to an incredible wintertime shot of an icy landscape taken by Julio Lucas from Bradenton, Florida.
