Amazing Gorgeous Aerial Shots of Iceland's Diverse Terrain

Polish photographer Jakub Polomski used a camera drone to produce a collection of breathtaking scenic photos. For two weeks in July, Polomski spent his time capturing Iceland's incomparable landscapes. “Iceland is [a] unique land," Polomski told PetaPixel. “Some locations look really abstract in the bird’s-eye view.” By using a drone, the photographer was able to showcase the terrain's intriguing patterns. There's the crisp, white snow that breaks up the simplicity of the mountains, the flowing curves of a deep blue river, and even the jagged roads that border an otherwise untouched area.
Though Iceland is rich in beautiful landscapes, Polomski insists that patience is the key to truly capturing the magnificence of any land. "You should be patient," he straightforwardly told Netloid, when asked about his advice for aspiring landscape photographers. "You should believe in yourself but without overdoing it. You should learn from critiques, not refuse them."
